PhD, Field Application Scientist, Advanced Cell Diagnostics, a Bio-Techne Brand
Paul obtained his Ph. D in Cell Biology and Biophysics at the University of Connecticut (US), before moving to U.C. Berkeley for a post doc, a brief period at the CNRS in Paris, France, and another post doc/ Ass. professorship at UCSF, working on GPCR's for which there were no good antibodies. Moving into industry, Paul worked on proteomics/disease biology in the UK, before finding his home as a Field Application Scientist. He has worked with and supported the technology used for RNAscope for many years, and is constantly amazed at how accurate and reproducible the results from automation are.
