Leica Biosystems Supports Digital Pathology Across the Globe Through Sponsorship of Three Societies
As a new partner of the Asian Society of Digital Pathology, Leica Biosystems now supports all three continental digital pathology societies.
Seoul, South Korea – Leica Biosystems has announced its diamond partnership with the Asian Society of Digital Pathology (ASDP), making the company a sponsor of all three formally-recognized digital pathology societies.
The ASDP’s first annual in-person conference will be held in Seoul, South Korea in early October. The society aims to foster collaboration, innovation and responsible implementation of digital pathology across the region. Leica Biosystems will attend the annual conference and can be found at booth #4.

Leica Biosystems will also be part of the ASDP Advisory Board and will play a role in the society’s strategy to drive digital pathology adoption in the region. The company will collaborate with digital pathology leaders in the society on guidelines and standardization to help pathologists diagnose with confidence.
In addition to the ASDP, Leica Biosystems sponsors the Digital Pathology Association in North America, and the European Society of Digital and Integrative Pathology.
