Leica Biosystems offers Instructions for Use (IFUs) and Decontamination certificates for all our products. Request IFUs below for languages where no printout has been provided when the instrument was shipped. Decontamination Certificates verify that equipment has been decontaminated and released for transportation by an authorized member before being sent back to the designated workshop.

Before sending an instrument back to the designated workshop, we must be assured and confirmed that the instrument has been totally decontaminated and released for transportation by an authorized member. Therefore, please find a downloadable certificate of decontamination that we ask our customers to fill out, sign and enclose to the unit prior to packaging; otherwise Leica Biosystems might refuse accepting the instrument. We thank you for your understanding.

This web form applies only to instruments manufactured by Leica Biosystems Nussloch GmbH and Leica Microsystems Ltd (Shanghai), including refurbished instruments. It is intended for ordering IFUs in languages not originally supplied in printed form with the initial delivery of the instrument, as well as IFUs for discontinued instruments. For discontinued instruments, please understand that we can provide you with PDFs only; printouts will not be supplied in this case.

To receive an electronic copy of your IFU, please select your instrument from the product menu and go to the Downloads section. If, there, you find a link to our IFU management system, please follow the link and the instructions provided. If you find several links to IFUs in different languages, you can download a PDF file directly. Please note, however, that, depending on how long ago you purchased your device, the current version may not apply. In this case, please use the form below to order a copy of your IFU.

You can also order a copy of the IFU in an additional language. If the language you require was not included with your device, we will provide this service free of charge. Otherwise, please contact us in advance to determine the cost.

You can submit your request by filling in the information below. You will find the "Instrument Name", "Language" and "Revision Number" on the English printout you received with your instrument, in most cases in English. Please allow 7 working days for processing.
